Get exposure to thousands of visitors in the Downtown during one of its largest fall festival event seasons.
Vendor Setup will be at Roots 101 African American Museum 124 North 1st Street. Event Hours will be from Noon until 6pm. Setup beginning at 9am all vendors must be set up and ready by 1130am. Teardown and clear out by 630pm.
This is a outdoor event with a weather plan for indoors if needed - all indoor spots will be 1st sign up basis only via weather plan form.
All vendors will be responsible for their own tables and chairs and a tent if they like. We also are asking all vendors to help promote. All vendors signed up by August 25th will have the opportunity to be listed on the printed promo flyer as well.
